Group Developed the Largest Gear-Hobbing Machine

Recently,
Luoyang Bearing Group (LYC Group) newly developed the national
largest gear-hobbing machine, which is 5 ms G. H. Machine
with the highest precision as well as multi functions. And
now, it has been put into use.
This huge gear-hobbing machine is one of national key tech
improvement projects for LYC Group. It was inspected and tested
on Nov.9, 2002. And this machine, 12 meters long, weight 104
tons, has passed the inspection successfully. Furthermore,
the processed gear shape reaches Grade 7 in precision.
Therefore, LYC Group has got prepared to manufacture huge
precision products.
