Haicheng Company's New Vertical Numerical Control Miller

Recently,
Shanghai Haicheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanghai
SVA Guangdian Group researched and developed a new VM-745 vertical
numerical control miller.
The main structure of this miller is made of high quality cast
iron. The X, Y, Z triple direction guide way are all equipped
with linear guide ways with prior added load.
The whole structure of this miller is in the shape of pyramid,
which has good heat stability while cutting. The miller's main
shaft has groove for cooling cycles, which could avoid the main
shaft being out of shape when the miller is working in high
speed.
