This topic  very means to me because of too many deep research I have done during using alibaba.com about 5 years I would like to share with all of the good members from Alibaba.com.





Business opportunities most of time will happen during the first 10 pages, The buyers seldom try to check more pages and send the inquiries.





Now I would like to let you know how you can have several advertisement on different first pages.





1) Main Keyword (it's depend on your products, as Alibaba suggested you can ask your customer to find out what keyboard he use to search).





I use the Main keyword as Shoes for an example.





Now let's start.



Try to use several name the same as your main keyword on product name.



Example:



Product Name: Shoes/New design Shoes/Fashion shoes



(until here we will have 3 matching results only on the product name)





Product Keyword: shoes  (if your main keyword will be shoe unfortunately you will miss some match on your product)





More keywords: fashion shoes , new design shoes ( as you can see I use  the different keywords exactly I also used them in product name)





Product Category: you will choose the one is much that others and alibaba already recommend to you.





Now you can choose your Shoes group as the first time you want to add this model.





*(if your models name is very popular and hot I suggest you use the model number as the main keyword next time)





Now we will receive to very very important step. The picture, As Alibaba also suggest use the beautiful, good quality , big enough and also adjust your main picture on the center so the Alibaba water mark can totally cover it and don't forget tick the water mark.





*  If you want some body from google image search find your page I recommend to choose your main keyword as a picture name (don't use 1111 or 2222 and such these)





Brief Description: use your main keyword as much as possible that also don't make your brief description ugly.





For example, your main keyword is Shoes so try as bellow:





Shoes, Fashion shoes, 2008 new fashion shoes, New shoes, (I don't know some special description that you know about your products but try to use your main keyword on it until 128 character(s) finish.





After you choose the Products Category from Alibaba new options will loaded on page, such as color, sizes, and etc.  Also it will give you near 6 option that you can choose by yourself, fill these information, because you will have a chance, if the buyer see 24000 match results he start to make the search result smaller so he or she use the Alibaba filters and these filters are exactly the same that when you choose your Category loaded on your page, so don't loose that chance.





Add Detailed Product Specifications





then we receive to Detailed Description:





at first start by Shoes, fashion shoes, new design shoes



and start to write a good description to make your customer brif about it and he don't tell to you that please send the information of that products to me. that Also make the chance of your business low, because you will already one step back than others.





Select Payment and Shipping Terms





Fill the information and if you think the prices is very changeable no need to write down, but remember if you write it, it's one chance that this products automatical consider about SUPERDEAL. Also specify your M.O.Q





Show Buyers your Ability to Supply





If you have a new products, I suggest as soon as you get it, weight it, size it and make one certificate for your goods and write down exactly one the package detail. it can save a lot of your time in near future believe me. Also it's very easy to count the shipping cost and etc.





I strongly beg that don't write out of customers imagination supply ability. if you can supply 100pcs per day write the truth not 100,000pcs per day, that is madness.





Automatically post a Selling Lead for this product:



you can tick it or not, no difference because Alibaba default search system is on products now.





Please respect and don't send anything against the Alibaba rules, it will take lots of time of yours also, because Alibaba don't let it pass and again you have to post, these jobs will kill at least 2 days of you. Also why the employee of Alibaba should suffering because of your post.





Regarding to picture, don't send any picture against the rules because it will block also.





Post it and wait for result. because of too many companies posting you will have at least 2 days to stay in first pages, after another update of alibaba you will shoot to back. So it's necessary to update your products after 3 days.
