we are looking for a supplier of  the following deep groove ball bearings and we herewith request your offer.

We are looking for the following ball bearings:

1.  Single row deep groove ball bearing: outer-⌀ = 37mm, inner-⌀ = 25mm, height = 7mm, known with no. 61805-2RS (with sealing washers)

2.  Single row deep groove ball bearing: outer-⌀ = 42mm, inner-⌀ = 30mm, height = 7mm, known with no. 61806-2RS (with sealing washers)

3. Double row angular contact ball bearing: outer-⌀ = 42mm, inner-⌀ = 30mm, height = 10mm, known with no. 3806-2RS (with sealing washers)

For the double row angular contact ball bearing we also would be thankful if you could offer an alternative ball bearing like two single row angular contact ball bearings or alternatively a ball bearing with similar characteristics.

Conditions:

·    Please provide product catalog and detailed quotation

·    Annual quantity 400,000pcs, 800,000pcs and 1,200,000pcs each

·     Fastest possible delivery date for serial quantities

·     Fastest possible delivery date for sample parts (5pcs each)

·    Information whether you can carry out a ball bearing wear analysis (after our endurance test, we could submit the ball bearings for analysis)
