March 20, Xibei Bearing Co.,Ltd announced a change of their previous Equity Division Reform. The change was about the equity transfering rate. Previous: Xibei Bearing Co.,Ltd's Equity Division will be practised by transfering capital surplus to new float. All existing shareholders of the total 65,832,478 float will receive 5.87 new float for every 10 of their holding float. Present: Xibei Bearing Co.,Ltd's Equity Division will be practised by transfering capital surplus to new float. All existing shareholders of the total 65,832,478 float will receive 6.36 new float for every 10 of their holding float.
