688911 Automobile Clutch Bearing from Shandong Halin Bearing Industry Co., Ltd Obtained the National Patent

Recently, 688911 automobile clutch bearing developed by the company has obtained the national patent issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.
Such kind of bearing is double sealing, with the steel ball diameter, ball number, outer curvature radius and other technical parameters were fully optimized. As a result, the dynamic load rating & static load rating increased by 1.41 times, meanwhile the service life also increased to more than 500,000 times from the original less than 50,000 times. Furthermore, this bearing could better overcome several disadvantages, such as, leakage of the domestic similar bearing grease, dust & mist intrusion. Consequently, it came to a conclusion that the automobile clutch bearing has reliable quality, superior performance, long service life and advanced technology trailed by numbers of machinery manufacturing companies.
Since the September 2010, Shandong Halin Bearing Industry Co., Ltd has begun to carry out this project, meanwhile invested about four million yuan for technological research. Under the joint efforts of engineers and products development professionals, this project ultimately succeed. Now this product began to make large-scale production, meanwhile carry out supplying business for Foton, FAW Hongta and other large auto manufacturers. Shandong Halin Bearing Industry Co., Ltd plans to produce more than three million sets of this patent product in the future three years so as to enhance product's market coverage and social acceptance.
Accordingly, Shandong Halin Bearing Industry Co., Ltd will create state-level enterprise technical center during the period of "Twlfth Five-Year Plan", thus to realise the development goal "win the market by technology, built the international brand".
