On May 2, member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee and secretary of CPC Luoyang Municipal Committee, made clear instructions to the reform and development of Luoyang Bearing Co., Ltd. (hereafter refered to as LYC) after listened to the report on the recent work given by Zhao Luzhong, general manager of LYC : "First, the municipal government shall go all out to support the development of LYC, creating a good working environment for the enterprise; second, the leading group of LYC shall stick together and make efforts to implement the key indicative spirit of General Secretary Hu expressed when he visited LYC, and pick up the banner of the national industry; third, establish a good mechanism, so as to promote health and high-efficient development of the enterprise.
