Etlaser multi-functional CNC laser cutting machine is widely used in such areas as color box, electronic, light industry, etc. This multi-functional laser machine is ideal for die board cutting for the following materials: Precision cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel etc; Precision cutting of acrylic, PVC, plywood etc; Nonmetal medium plate; Precision cutting of solid wood, composite board in furniture industry Features of Etlaser multi-functional CNC laser cutting machine: It adopts high tensile whole-weld machine bed like that of heavy machine, enjoying good stability and anti-knock capability. It is transmitted by precision ball-bearing screw rods and linear guides to ensure high precision and speed. X、Y adopts AC servomotor with good dynamic performance, fast reaction and free of maintenance. It is equipped with dust-exhausting system, keeping the working condition free of smoke contamination. The laser generator is isolated with the machine bed to ensure the laser beam stable, well matched with nice-featured high power axis CO2 laser generator. The sealed reflector path can extend the lens’ lifetime and improve cutting quality. All air channel components are imported from Japanese famous brand with excellent performance. Offline control unit in“Hand-hold” style. The whole unit includes the precise two-temperature cooling machine special for Axis CO2 Laser Generator, oil-free air compressor, air-flitting system, and three-phrase high power auto-compensation voltage regulator (optional), etc. All the lens/mirrors in the resonant cavity and reflector path are from USA “II-IV” to ensure good laser beam quality and long lifetime.
