Jiangsu Lixing General Steel Ball Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JGBR”) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Baosteel Group Cooperation on November 1, 2012. The two sides have agreed: to establish comprehensive strategic cooperative relations, carry out more extensive exchanges and cooperation in the field of high-end product localization, jointly establish a development mechanism for new materials and new products, and jointly create the supply chain of the most competitive high-end ball products and improve the manufacturing quality of steel balls.
