China's Largest Bearing Commercial Hub Settles in Hefei
During the Peking Univeristy HSBC Business School's Financial Forum Project Roadshow on December 2nd, Anhui Branch and Investment in Real Estate Special Committee jointly launched the "China Bearing Science and Technology Industrial Park" project. The president assistant of New Huizhou Merchants Mr. Guan Weixin disclosed that Hefei will build China's largest bearing commercial hub.
According to Mr. Guan Weixin, China Bearing Science and Technology Industrial Park is settled in Hefei duing to its unique geographical advantage. "Major cities of Shanghai, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Nanjing offer radiation radius within 500-kilometer radius, and there are over 5,000 bearing enterprises gathering within a radius of five hundred kilometers"
Secondly, the logistics costs is low in Hefei, and the labor force is relatively inexpensive.
Thirdly, Hefei is the bearing technological city with a wealth of scientific and technological resources.
Mr. Guan Weixin said, after the completion of the industrial park, the logistics cost in the industrial park will be saved of about 60%, labor cost will be reduced by 50%, and the technology content will be increased by 30%, forming the industrial aggregation and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
