Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) has expanded its factory capabilities and is introducing four important new product lines. PKB is now producing Full Complement Ball Bearings, Thin Section Ball Bearings, Separable Angular Contact Ball Bearings, and Nonseparable Angular Contact Bearings alongside such legacy bearing products as Radial Ball Bearings, Cryogenic Ball Bearings, Metric Ball Bearings, FAA TSO-C149 Aircraft Bearings, and Specialty Ball Bearings. PKB ball bearings are manufactured at the ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 certified factory in Troy, NY.
Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) is pleased to present DFARS approved Angular Contact Bearings. PKB is manufacturing Separable Inner Ring Relieved Angular Contact Ball Bearings and Nonseparable Outer Ring Relieved Angular Contact Ball Bearings. Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) Angular Contact Ball Bearings are produced to sustain significant axial loads in one direction, in addition to radial loads. PKB Angular Contact Ball Bearings are designed for increased thrust in the axial direction and are designed for high precision at very high speeds, often found in aerospace applications, medical and dental devices, and chemical processing systems. PKB Angular Contact Ball Bearings are available as discreet bearings or as preloaded duplex pairs. Optional retainer & ball materials, lubricants, closures, and special processing and unique configurations are available.
PKB’s new Thin Section Ball Bearings are available in radial (deep groove) and angular contact designs. PKB Thin Section Ball Bearings are extremely low profile bearings, often found in aerospace and defense applications, industrial machinery, medical systems, semiconductor manufacturing, robotics, and renewable energy. PKB’s Thin Section Bearings are available with a variety of retainer types and materials as well as optional ceramic balls. Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) manufactures a standard line of Thin Section Bearings with sizes up to 1.125” Outer Diameter.
PKB’s new Full Complement Ball Bearings (both fill-slot and angular contact) utilize the space normally shared with the retainer to increase the ball complement and load capacity compared to standard deep groove type or radial ball bearings. Bearing capacity in both the radial and axial direction is increased by the maximized ball complement. Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) Full Complement Ball Bearings are available with steel or ceramic balls. As with the Angular Contact Ball Bearings and the Thin Section Ball Bearings, optional lubricants, closures, special processing and unique configurations are available.

Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) continues to invest in its factory with the recent addition of a Cincom A32 lathe to its primary turn capabilities. This state of the art lathe expands machine capacity and production efficiencies within the Troy, NY ball bearing factory. The Cincom A32 is reputed to be the world's fastest Swiss type CNC automatic Lathe. The new lathe enables PKB to shorten its uniquely compact factory lead time of 8-10 weeks for standard bearings and respond more quickly to new and unique ball bearing requests from the aerospace community. Enhanced products, as a result of this new lathe, will include shaft and bearing assemblies and expedited responses to time sensitive prototype requests.
