1.29 billion yuan is to invested in Ma Steel-Jinxi Axle wheel axle project

Jinxi Axle Company announced on Aug. 14 that the company will issue shares to its 7 shareholders to collect 1.29 billion yuan for investment in its Ma Steel-Jinxi Axle wheel axle project. For Ma Steel- Jinxi Axle project, a production base mainly for high-end axles supplemented by common axles is to be built with the expected annual output of 70,000 sets of axles. Once completed and put into operation, the annual income is expected to reach 3.01 billion yuan, wherein, the annual total profit is 345 million yuan, and net profit is 259 million yuan.
