Tonghua Iron & Steel Successfully Produced Four Specifications of High Carbon Chromium Bearing Steel

Recently, the boutique steel bar line of Tonghua Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd successfully produced more than 200 tons of grades GCr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel with four specifications of diameter of 25, 28, 32 and 35. And all the technical indicators are fully in accordance with GB/T18254-2002 national standard requirements. High carbon chromium bearing steel is a material which is widely used in rolls of all mobile equipments, such as electrical appliances and automobiles etc. This variety has demanding requirements of chemical constituents and high requirement of internal quality. During the production, the researchers of technical center and boutique steel bar line successfully produced the four specifications with the most advanced cooling processing. The products has formed series and improved the material space in production.
