Handan Steel supplies 60,000 mt of HDG products for solar industry

Hebei province-based Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group Co. (HBIS) announced on December 25 that in 2013, its subsidiary Handan Iron and Steel Co. (Handan Steel) supplied over 60,000 mt of HDG products for China's leading solar energy companies including Beijing Micoe Solar Energy Co., Beijing Sunrain Solar Energy Co. and Shandong Sang Le Solar Energy Co. Handan Steel supplied SGCC,DX51D+Z, and DX51D HDG products ranging between 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm in thickness and 1,250 mm in width.
