ZWZ achieves new break throughs in export market

In the year of 2013, ZWZ successfully expanded the company's overseas market share by adjusting market, customer and product structures, and realized increase both in contract orders (31% YoY) and sales revenue (10% YoY). In the aspect of market restructuring, the company established cooperation with an Italy-based world-renowned wind energy company, which helped its wind power bearing sales revenue increase by 47 % compared to the year of 2012. For client restructuring, the company improved the customer product share by establishing deeper ties with host clients. The company gradually expands to other areas through the development of wind power bearings; high-end agricultural bearings provided to AGCO company has grown to more than 20 models from the original several models, thus awarded by AGCO the title of outstanding supplier. In addition, breakthroughs are also made for host customers in the transmission, precision and marine engineering sectors. And for product structure adjustment, the company has realized product development in series and scale through the cooperation with world-class large customers. Representative products including 2.3MW onshore wind turbine bearings, 2.3MW offshore wind turbine variable pitch bearings, yaw bearings, wind power drive gear reducer bearings, marine bearings, agricultural bearings, mining bearings, cement bearings and machinery bearings all have achieved the bulk stable supply. ZWZ will continue to strengthen the work on export market network construction and development of strategic customers and large projects, so as to increase the market share and expand overseas markets.
