Special high quality steel bar products of Shaoguan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd won the "passport" in the field of automotive steel

Recently, Shaoguan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd won internationally recognized ISO/TS16949 which was approved by IATF International Automotive Task Force: authentication certificate for 2009 quality management systems marked that special high quality steel bar products of Shaoguan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd won the " passport " in the field of automotive steel. In December 2012, Shaoguan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd launched the work about ISO/TS16949 certification for quality management systems of automotive steel. At an earlier stage, through holding mobilization meeting and system training, staffs commonly knew and cognized the system. Meanwhile, according to the standard requirements, by using process method to identify process and setting up performance indicators for monitoring, effectively applying five big tools in production practice, carrying out quality cost analysis, planning contingency plan and implementation of products and process audit, the quality management level of the company was improved. Eventually, Shaoguan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd successfully passed the strict site audits of the first phase and the second phase which were carried out by BSI in November and December respectively, and obtained the certificate timely.
