Luoyang Huigong Bearing Technology Co. broke ground on its 12,000 sets-per-year metallurgical bearing project

On March 25, 2014, Luoyang Huigong Bearing Technology Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Huigong Bearing or the company") held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant in its 12,000 sets-per-year metallurgical bearing project located in Luolong Technology Park. Leaders from Luolong Science Park Administrative Committee and the Office, LYC Bearing Corporation and Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. other industry partners, and all staff of the company attended the ceremony. Huigong 12,000 sets-per-year metallurgical bearing project is located in the Luolong Technology Park of Luoyang New District, with a total investment of 140 million, and construction area of 31,680 square meters. The construction has two phases, the main work in phase I is the No.1 Joint Workshop ( 12,787 square meters) , and No.2 joint workshop in the second phase (including auxiliary production room 9103 square meters) and dormitory (including a 3162 square meter restaurant). The total construction period is three years, and the completion date is in April 2017. Currently, the new plant has been put into construction, expected to completed late this year and will be completed and put into trial operation next year. Huigong Bearing hopes to change the history of long-term dependence of domestic enterprises on imports from abroad through its self-developed metallurgical bearings in the next few years.
