Okuma and Morris South Host Southern Tech Fest

Okuma America Corporation, a world-leader in CNC machine tool manufacturing, and Morris South, a leading machine tool solutions distributor in North America, partner to host Southern Tech Fest, Wednesday, June 24 – Thursday, June 25, 2015, from 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m., at Morris South’s Tech Center and Okuma’s Partners in THINC facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This two-day event will feature smart machining technology and strategies. Attendees will learn how to maximize spindle uptime and throughput and see a variety of machines and cutting demonstrations. New CNC technology, tooling and workholding will be on display and smart machining strategies will be discussed. Guests will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from Okuma,Tsugami, and members of Partners in THINC and other suppliers.
