Schaeffler and Rocky target the podium in the Lausitz

The Lausitzring hosts the second event of the DTM season this coming weekend. Mike Rockenfeller lines up on the grid again in the Schaeffler Audi RS 5 DTM along-side 23 other strong competitors. Around 120 kilometers south of Berlin, Rocky aims to confirm the good results scored in the season opener at Hockenheim, and is aiming for the podium in the third and fourth races. In 2013, the Schaeffler brand ambassador took the checkered flag in second place on the way to the championship title. Schaeffler is rooted in the Brandenburg region for more than two decades now. Parts of the former VEB roller bearing factory in Luckenwalde were acquired in 1991. Since then, a three-digit million figure was invested in developing the factory. At this facility, which is located around 110 kilometers from the Lausitzring, over 400 employees produce hydraulic and mechanical valve components for combustion engines.
