Tianma Bearing Group is to purchase Nanjing Tianma Bearing with investment of RMB 30 million

Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd. announced on April 22 that the company plans to purchase 100% shares of Nanjing Tianma Bearing Co., Ltd. with investment of RMB 30 million. After the transaction is completed, Nanjing Tianma Bearing Co., Ltd. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd.. The acquisition is to improve the product structure. After completion of the acquisition, the company will have the production capacity of passenger bearing at speed of no more than 140KM/H, helping to enhance the company competitiveness and create new growth points.
