2016 Annual Work Conference for the National 863 Program "Application Demonstration of Core Infrastructure Component of Industrial Robots" held in Luoyang

The annual meeting for the National 863 Program "Application Demonstration of Core Infrastructure Component of Industrial Robots" was held in Luoyang on May 6, 2016. Wang Jiaxu, Project Chief Expert and Professor of Chongqing University, and other participants, more than 30 in total, who involved in the five projects composed of the project "Development & Industrialization of High-Precision Harmonic Reducer Series for Robot Industry, "Development & Application Demonstration of Robot RV Reducer", "Development & Application Demonstration of Industrial Robot RV Reducer", "Development & Application Demonstration of Precision Bearing for Robot Industry" and "Development & Application Demonstration of Flexible Thin Wall Bearing for Harmonic Reducer". Presided over by Wang Jiaxu, the conference mainly focused on the research progress reported from related units since the implementation of the project, and work deployment including (i) preparatory work for mid-term examination by Ministry of Science and Technology in October 2016; (ii) communication and coordination enhancement between the units involved in the industrial robots, gears, bearings, etc. for robot application, i.e., application demonstration of bearings developed by Luoyang Bearing Science&Technology Co.,Ltd to Zhejiang Shuanghuan Driveline Co., Ltd, Nantong Zhenkang Machinery Co., Ltd, Qinchuan Machine Tool&Tool Group and other units.
