3rd Feb , during the launching ceremony of the Longjiang Industrial Internet and Smart Manufacturing Summit and Harbin Industrial New City Industrial Internet Platform held in Harbin.President Xu Zhong and Shenyang Harbin Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement at the launching ceremony. They reach a cooperation agreement of establishing a smart factory strategic. The general manager of Shenyang Younis Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.,Yu Chunming made a speech of I5 Intelligent Manufacturing.
The two parties agreed that Shenyang Machine Tools will help Harbin Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to carry out digitization and intelligent management and upgrading of the auto bearing plant. On the basis of the existing automation production line workshop , it will create a transparent and controllable digital plant in the whole process and build the WIS intelligent management system. At the same time, provide digital technology, automated connection, technical guidance and other services.
The first phase of the project will complete the digital manufacturing construction of the automotive bearing branch; the second phase will establish the Hanan Industrial New City Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd. and the new plant of the Hazin Limin Development Zone,to establish a digital turing and milled workshop led by I5 intelligent.
It is reported that Harbin Economic Development Zone will takes Harbin Bearing intelligent factory as a model to build 5-10 more intelligent factories.
