China Shenzhou High-speed Rail Co., Ltd. Invest USD $4 Million on purchasing Vehicle Bearing Defect Detection System
The China Shenzhou High-speed Railway announced that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Shentie USA, has signed an agreement with the US Rail Transit Technology Center. Shentie USA has purchased its own vehicle bearing defect detection system (TADS system) and its special technology from the US Rail Transportation Technology Center. Intellectual property rights, the technology and intellectual property rights have been applied to the bearing testing of North American railways, European railways, and Chinese high-speed vehicles and trucks.The transaction price is 4 million US dollars. After the above transaction is completed, the company will fully own the intellectual property of the acoustic testing bearing, so as to better serve the Chinese railway.
