Schaeffler has also unified its brand and outdoor image at the Hirschaid location. There, new Schaeffler logos replace the previous INA logo.

The standardization of the outside image is part of the Global Branding project, an initiative of the "Agenda 4 plus One" program, with which Schaeffler is implementing the "Mobility for Tomorrow" strategy. By the end of the year, standardization will be completed at all 170 Schaeffler locations worldwide. Over the past few months, the headquarters in Herzogenaurach and the respective corporate headquarters for the automotive and industrial divisions in Bühl and Schweinfurt have been converted. "A strong Schaeffler brand has a future. We give our customers orientation and position ourselves globally as the preferred technology partner, "said plant manager Michael Reinig, adding:" INA will remain as a product brand, but will only be used in conjunction with the associated product and together with the Schaeffler corporate brand. "

Information event with district administrator and mayor

The new gatehouse was recently inaugurated and most recently, the widely visible Schaeffler logos were installed on the buildings. Klaus Homann, mayor of Hirschaid, and Johann Kalb, district administrator of the district of Bamberg, were convinced at an information event about the new appearance of the Schaeffler location. In particular, the district administrator was pleased about the development of the plant: "The changes and modernizations visible from the outside are a commitment of Schaeffler to the Hirschaid location."

The Schaeffler Hirschaid site currently employs around 1,500 people who manufacture, among other things, camshaft adjusters, solenoid valves and hydraulic valve clearance compensation elements for the automotive industry.
