The daily output of Beimante bearing steel creats a new record

Recently,Beimante steel product line,which is the biggest bearing steel product line in North-east of China ,achieved the daily output of 1,705 ton for the first time. It is the highest record since the product line have been put into production and it is expected that the annual throughput will increase by 50%. 　　 The current biggest bearing steel product line of North-east in China, the annual product value of Beimante bearing steel product line has achieved 0.4 million ton . In March 2004,the product line was run completely and the Beimante steel company maily paid attention to improving smelting efficiency. In the first quater of 2005, the company consolidated the operating for product line of all of the smelting emploiee by processing key post training, using power supplying curve economically and optimizing oxygen-supplying system. 　　 In the middle ten days of April 2005, the daily output of Beimante product line increased to 17 furnace that is 1.705 ton and the smelting time for every furnace shorten 11 minutes. Moreover, the annual output will be expected to achieve 0.6 million ton in this year.
