TYHI Become the World Leading Manufacurer of Oil Film Bearing

On July 1, TYHI had finished its second phase metallurgy oil film bearings' technical transformation program. It took TYHI 2 years to complete this program. After this transformation, TYHI had achieved international level in oil film bearings' designing technologies and capacity, which also made it the largest manufacturing base of oil film bearings in the world.
TYHI is the largest manufacturing base of oil film bearings in China. Several years ago, Chinese steel rolling industry began to develop and oil film bearings with high speed, high load carrying ability, high precision etc. became the trend. As a result, TYHI invested about RMB20 million Yuan to carry out their second phase technical transformation program of oil film bearings. They introduced advanced equipments, extended the plant, improved the working environment and added a new production line of precision oil film bearings. Then, capacity, precision and quality of their bearings were increased. The annual output of the bearings whose diameter is above 1000mm has increased from 200 to 500 sets.
Now TYHI has become a enterprise with the highest capacity and maximum order amount in the same area around the world.
Taiyuan Heavy Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 1950, and is the first Chinese self designed and built Heavy Machinery Enterprise. In these many years, had supplied more than 600 kinds, 7,000 sets and 1,000,000t heavy machineries for metallurgy, mine, hydropower, energy, transportation, aviation, space etc. professions. Herein more than 200 items had filled the national blank, and more than 3,000t machinery products had been exported to world wide more than 20 countries.
In 1998, after capital rebuilding, established the Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (TYHI). TYHI become the first stock of Chinese Machinery Industry which had gone to the market, the corporation capital is 16.8 hundred million RMB Yuan, machining equipments more than 800 sets, complete test apparatus and got the ISO9001 Certification.
