Yueyang Bearing Plant, founded in 1970, located along Beijing-Shenzhen Express(107 National Express) in Yueyang city Hu'nan province China. The plant is 10 kilometers away from the center of Yueyang, 1 kilometers away from the Beijing-Guangzhou railway and 1.5 kilometers from Chenglingji Port. Traffic is convenient around the plant. YBP, a middle-sized state-owned enterprise, covered an area of 87.285 thousand square kilo meters, 35.785 square kilo meters is available for production. They have major manufacturing equipments 164 sets and a sound bearing production line in using. 62 of their 451 employees are qualified with intermediate or senior professional certificate. The plant mainly manufactured about 80 kinds of "Yuezhou" brand bearings with classes from P0 to P4. Their total annual output of thrust ball/roller bearings, thrust bearing for auto steering knuckle etc. hit 4 million sets. In 2002, they passed ISO9000 certificate. Currently, the plant's fixed assets is RMB32 million yuan, liability is over RMB34 million yuan, liability/assets ratio hit 106%. So the plant is not suitable for further operation. In order to invigorate the plant, the management decided to wholly transfer the plant. The desired transfering price is $3.85 million.
