Zhuji Invest RMB4.5 Million to Build a Bearing Manufacturing Base

Zhuji city, located in China's eastern coastal Zhejiang province, is well known for its prosperous block economy, such as textile, pearl jewelry processing, hardware industries etc. Block economy means in certain areas some similar industries get together to pomote the local economic development under the synergy effect. Recently, the bearing and bearing shell industries in Huangshan county has become matured gradually, so the Zhuji government has announced relevant policies to cultivate another block economy of bearings and related industries there.
As stated by the government, a comprehensive bearing and bearing shell industrial base will be built in 3 years, then preferential policies will be come out to attract domestic and international bearing related enterprises. Additionally, the local government will invest RMB4.5 million yuan, in the following 3 years, to support the building and developing work of this base.
According to the preferential policies, qualified enterprises will be granted various favours. Enterprises whose annual sales hit RMB5 million yuan, will be awarded varying cash prizes from RMB5000 to 30000; whose technical reformation program cost more than RMB30 million yuan or foreign investment program cost more than RMB5 million yuan will enjoy the discounted environmental inspection fee, infrastructure facility additional fee and other relevant expenses; who have provincial technical upgrading program will get their program cost half paid by the government; who have been identified as provincial high-tech companies or research centers will obtain allowance of RMB30000 to 50000; who have been entitled as post-doctor workstation will be prized by RMB50000; every single item of National, ISO certificates or national patents of any enterprises will win them varying cash prizes from RMB800 to 30000.
