ZWZ Is Approved To Be “AAAA” Enterprise

ZWZ carried out a series of regulations to strengthen its management, including staff behavior, developing strategy etc. The company management has been standardized in this way and it wins a title of “standardized good behavior” in the first group of awarding enterprises in China.
An engineer in Thermal Treatment Dep. of equipment workplace introduced that every semi-finished product has its own regular position. .
“Where there is a problem, there is a source. Every staff has its own individual responsibility. Thus the overall efficiency will be promoted and the sense of responsibility of the staff can also be strengthened”, Said Mr. Yuhongtao, the director of Thermal Treatment Dept.
Equipment workplace does not contact with clients directly, so its standardized management was neglected before. But since last year, the standard construction has been carried out in every department. Based on the principle of simplification, unification, coordination and optimization, a series of regulation with 200 pages of contents and over 3000 pieces of various standards was formulated, including technology, management, and work procedure.
According to the system, the wastes will bring benefit to the company after classification. They can be directly sold on line. The device is seldom out of order and much trouble has been avoided.
After the assessment of the standardized files by National Standardized Committee, ZWZ obtain 465 points, while the full mark is 500. Undoubtfully, it wins the first place in Liaoning province and in domestic bearing industry as well, and is approved to be “AAAA” enterprise.
Mr. Qu Rongjun, vice director of standardized management community said that: “our final aim is to standardize each product, process, behavior, even each action during work.”
