Accelerative Development of Bearing Industry in Guangdong Pro

“The bearing industry in Guangdong Province has got into accelerative development stage although negatively impacted by the increasing cost of raw material”, released by Liu Fuming,General Sectary of Guangdong Bearing Industry Association .
According to the statistics, the output of the key bearing enterprises in Guangdong province reached 30.08million pieces in the first half of 2005, up 4.3% over the same period of last year. Sales for the first half year totaled RMB 216.16million, 50% of which are earned through export. The profit was RMB 17.55 million, up 89.1% as compared with the same period of the prior year.
In recent years Enterprises in Guangdong paid more attention to the transition of operation regime, so as to change the traditional state-run ownership. Some enterprises become state-owned after corporatizing. Some suffered from bankruptcy and others reorganized their assets by redemption or leasing. Now over 50% bearing enterprises in Guangdong are private-owned.
The accelerative development of bearing industry was attributed to two factors: gradually researching of new products and focusing on the market opportunity.
