The First High-speed Main Shaft Company Was Established In Taiwan

NEO Precision Tech Co.,Ltd was officially established on 14 Nov, which is the first specialized high-speed main shaft manufacturer in Taiwan. The paicl-up capital of this company is only NT$ 100million, of which NSK (Japan) shares 15%, Industrial Research Institute 10%, other 75% is owned by domestic machinery companies and individual investors. It is reported that the speed of this main shaft has reached the international advanced level, but sold at the price of 20% or 30% discount. Undoubtfully, the competition of machinery manufacturing of Taiwan will be further strengthened worldwide. “The establishment of NEO Precision Tech Co.,Ltd will enlarge the domestic mill high-speed shaft market into NT$ 800million in three years”, said Cai Kunlong, the general manager. Currently, there are two types of products: built-in high speed spindle and direct-drive high speed spindle. The company plans to develop a series of new products as mill compound main shaft, five-face machining main shaft etc. next year.
