Focusing on innovation, ZWZ has made a series of great achievements with endeavor of its technician staff in recent five years. Currently，a technology innovation system featured with enthusiasm and impetus has been established, which played an important role in enhancing the developing and researching ability, product quality and market competition. Equipped with the best state-level technology center and most advanced large bearing inspection and experiment center, ZWZ benefited a lot from innovation in past five years. It has developed over 3,800 new products and 1100 products have been rectified. 1200 products have been developed to replace the import ones. 200 products filled the specifications gaps in China. 55 products have been patented and 51 inspection gaps have been filled in China. 0ver 13,000 products with independent intellectual property rights have been manufactured. Its lorry bearing always ranked first in the check by railway department in three years. Pressed bearing, hub bearing for cars and heavy-duty trucks have been updated, which account for more percent in market. Automotive bearing increased 15% as compared to five years ago. Sealed bearing unit for rolling machine，turntable bearing for CT machine and railway speed upgrading bearing with nylon cage have been successfully developed in ZWZ. Moreover, it designed and manufactured special bearing for some steel and automobile enterprises, which have cultivated and exploited the promising potential market.
