Combined bearing are manufactured according to the Unified parameters which govern a correct execution of rolling bearings. This series can be supplied both with a retaining cap and they can therefore be relubricated and in the sealed performance. The outer rings are normally counteract the inevitable geometrical errors origination from the couping with the guideways in which they roll.
Material:
The material for outer ring is steel 16NiCr4 casehardened and tempered final surface hardness:HRC60-65
The material for inner ring,rolling elements (needle or rollers ) is 100Cr6 bearing steel. quench-hardening HRC60-65
The material for main stud Fe52C annealed to be easily welded.
Dimensional tolerance ,clearance and load factors:
Tolerance,radial clearance is based on DIN620 and Class P0.Load ratings is according to the ISO76 and ISO281.
Types of Designs:
They are designed especially to be used on lift truck masts with high loading capacity and guarantee high reliability and resistance to stress.The They are suitable for lift trucks with loading capacity from 16-42 tons.The space-saving design of these bearings allows a particularly compact construction of the lift truck mast,it is better visibility for the lift truck driver. They are adjustable only on the thrust sice, by means of an eccentric stud adjustable from outside. The stud provides the recovery of the clearances arising from the heavy application of the lift trucks. The rolling elements are protected by means of rings in plastic material with double lip and with a metallic screen to prevent damages coming from mechanical tress. This combined bearings are long life lubricated with Lithium based grease of consistency class “3” and therefore they do not require re-lubrication.
