ZWZ successfully developed a variety of 2MW series spindle bearings for China domestic wind power industry leaders

After a period of research and development tests, the 2MW series spindle bearings developed by ZWZ for the domestic wind power industry leader have entered the mass production stage.
  
The design difficulty of the fan spindle bearing is that the axial force to be carried is particularly large. At the same time, due to the consideration of cost and body size, the size of the bearing is smaller than that of the working condition. In order to meet customers' requirements for the life and safety of spindle bearings, the company has proposed higher standards in design and material selection. During the product design process, the special team conducted technical exchanges with customers many times, repeatedly scrutinized the design schemes, integrated European design concepts, and improved product quality. Through the engineering center and various production units to carry out key technical research, the accuracy of the finished product of the 2MW series spindle bearings is far higher than the customer's requirements. The microscopic unevenness of the bearing surface, which is currently the most important in the bearing industry, is maximized to optimize the bearing and improve the ability to resist the risk of failure.

After the customer's acceptance of the 2.XMW model spindle bearing, the quality of the finished product exceeds the customer's technical requirements. The technical level and processing quality of the 2MW series spindle bearings have become one of the most representative high-end bearings for ZWZ.
