More than 30 projects of ZWZ were awarded by Dalian City in China

Recently, Dalian City held the first "Craftsman Cup" skill competition and mass technology innovation activity summary conference. Many innovation achievements from ZWZ were awarded. ZWZ was named the "Excellent Unit of Mass Technology Innovation Work of Dalian" in 2018.



As part of ZWZ's innovation development strategy, ZWZ's labor union actively organizes mass innovation and effectiveness activities, stimulates employees' creative vitality, cultivates a large number of innovative talents, and constantly promotes the innovation subject to change from single individual to more group team. Among the award-winning achievements, the project "Spherical bearing ring elimination of rough grinding and cost reduction process improvement" and "3 MW wind power spindle bearing quenching oil groove design" projects won the third prize of Dalian Municipal Mass Technology Innovation Achievements in 2018, and "Fully Closed Static Pressure Guide repair operation method "and" Taper bearing outer raceway grinding operation method " were rated as the" Excellent Skills and Work "project of Dalian employees in 2018," Research and application of localization of intermediate frequency quenching equipment "and" 11-meter ultra-large  split thrust bearing mounting and inspection"  and other Twenty-five achievements won the 2018 “Dalian Mass Outstanding Achievements award in Technical Innovation” .
