ZWZ's Asset and Capital Verification Activity

ZWZ Group decided to carry out an asset and capital verification activity under the arrangement of Dalian State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Committee and relevant regulations of the State Council.

The verification activity which lasted from April 20 to Nov. 1, can be divided into 4 phases. Major tasks of this activity included: financial verification, inspection of assets, reevaluation of company value, settling of asset losses and settlement handing in, improving inside system etc. To well organize this activity, ZWZ set up a expert panel to make further arrangement of steps, procedures, work distribution and requirement of that activity.

On May 10, ZWZ held a assets and capital verification meeting. During this meeting Mr. Wang lushun, president of ZWZ Group, pointed out that this activity was significant; it's necessary for reformation of company ownership system, for real reflection of company assets and operation, for enhancing company development and management.

Mr. Wang asked the relevant staffs to well understand the significance of assets and capital verification; to finish their own tasks by heart and soul. So that this activity could benefit the whole ZWZ, could make ZWZ a step further on their globalization plan.
