LYC HVHBU-II, Put into Mass Production

After 2 years' trail using, LYC's 2nd generation heavy vehicle hub bearing unit(HVHBU-II) has been ratified by the clients and began to be put into mass production immediately.

The HVHBU-II, a high-tech, high value-added products, has become the preferential replacing parts of China's new developed heavy vehicles. It can be regarded as the developing orientation of these kind of bearings. From 2003, LYC had begun their research on HVHBU-II and it signed cooperation contract with FAW Group to develop two kinds of hub bearing unit for FAW's 2nd generation heavy vehicles.

Making full use of their technical and researching ability, LYC settled various technical problems such as problem of heat treatment of bearings, surface processing etc. In Aug. 2003, they produced the first samples of HVHBU-II and sent them to certain clients for trial using. During the trial using period, LYC collected feedback from clients and further optimized the HVHBU-II. Recently, the products passed all test and began to be put into mass production.
