ZWZ Shanghai Logistics Center, located at No. 888, Xiangyin Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai City, was founded on March 26, 2003. Mr. Shao Yang (general manager of ZWZ), Mr. Yang Liwen (vice minister of Logistics Department), Mr. Liu Xingchun (general manager of ZWZ East China Selling Company) presented themselves at the ceremony with the leaders from Shanghai Bao Steel Co., Shanghai Diesel Co., Shanghai Port Machine Co. The center got congratulatory letters and messages from another eighteen units including Transportation Research Institute of National Plan and Development Commission and the S & T Department of China Logistics and Purchase Association.
