MAUMEE, Ohio, April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) announced today that Executive Chairman John Devine, President and Chief Executive Officer Roger Wood, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jim Yost will participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2011 New York Auto Summit on April 20, 2011.
