Schaeffler is already focusing on the future in the future with attractive and broad-based promotion of young talent. Against this backdrop, Schaeffler has launched the "Qualification for Tomorrow" initiative as part of its "Agenda 4 plus One" program for the future, and thus also positions itself as an innovative employer for trainees.

Project 3D Printers A current component in the further development of Schaeffler training is the project "Social Competences in the Training Project 3D Printers", which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Partner of the funded project is the University of Bremen, Institute of Technology and Education. "We are very happy about the promotion of the Ministry, because it shows that we are on the right path," says Schittenhelm.

Social competencies are

With the help of this project, social skills, such as teamwork, become more pronounced and strengthened.
