XLB® Dalian factory is one and only factory in china which focuses on tapered roller bearings in metric or inches dimensions. Our mainly customers are in USA and Europe. We are expert in manufacturing single, double and four-row configurations. Sizes range from 75mm (2.953’’) ID to 1800mm (70.866’’) OD. Customized geometries and engineered surfaces can be applied to these bearings to further enhance performance in demanding applications. Our metric tapered roller bearings are normal tolerance level, but also we can provide P6X, P6, P5, P4, P2 level products.
Feature:
The new designed bearings use the enhance frame. The size of roller is extended both in length and radial. The quantity of roller is increased. The new designs also use the special rollers that have bulgy surface. All of these make the bearings take higher load and have longer life. The big flat of roller contact the big block in the way of spherical surface and cone-shaped surface contacted. Therefore, the design improves the lubricating condition.
We manufacture both metric and inch size tapered roller bearings.

Press steel cages are used but if the outer diameter is more than 650mm,we will use the jointing frame cage that has stanchions on it.
