BETE Fog Nozzle, a spray nozzle engineering and manufacturing company, has partnered with EXAIR, a manufacturer of compressed-air solutions, to develop a new engineered system for radiator manufacturing. This marks the first integration of an EXAIR product into a BETE system. In a press release, EXAIR reported that the jointly engineered Super Air Knife Slide Mount System features a modular framework, along with compressed air controls, plumbing and a custom-engineered heavy-duty ball bearing slide mechanism. It is designed to remove excess flux from radiator cores during production. According to the company, the system integrates with existing lines and offers easy operation.
