Demand universal joint[Australia] We are looking for a supplier of stainless steel universal joints. We have a 5mm bore at one end, an 8mm bore at the other end, locked onto the shaft by a 5mm grub screw at either end. We have a bellows to retain the grease on the universal joint. The motor spins at 6000rpm and doesn’t push much of a load. These universals are offset between about 5 and 8 degrees. Or is there any other product that we could use such as couplings that can handle the rpm and angle required without lubrication? We have tried various couplings but haven’t been able to obtain the ones we need here in Australia so we have used universal joints. If you have any suggestions other than universals with the bellows I would be interested in testing these products in the future. We are looking for quantities of 200 per month and wondering if you can help us with this product and a price on quantities of 200 sent to Australia.
