We have a Request for Hollow Stainless Steel Balls. 
Balls are used to Roll Cargo in Civilian Aircrafts   -   Also termed as Ball Transfer Units (BTU).

Weight of each Ball:          21 Grams. 
Dia of the Ball:                  1“ (25.4 mm) 
Wall Thickness:                1.5  ± 0.10 mm 
Hardness:                         54 - 60° HRC

Min. Crush Strength:        6,000 lbs

Material 440A Stainless Steel    -

2 Semi Spheres are formed using Cold Heading Technology (Forming)   -
Both the Spheres are joined using Electron Beam Welding Technique.
Thereafter, Flashing is done supported with Heat Treatment - Finally, Grinding & Lapping.

It is Part of an Off-Set Program    -   Hence, Manufacturing has to be done in India only ?

we wonder if  any company that produce Hollow Steel Balls in China   -

There could be options:

a)     Import Balls from these Chinese Companies

b)    Production of Balls in India with Technical Support from Chinese Companies   -

For this we can pay them Technical Fees supported with Royalty
