Neoprene Compound Requirements:

b) Tensile strength per IRAM 113-004

Behavior under accelerated aging:
Heating in oven at 100°C for 70 hours.
a) Variation in Shore hardness per IRAM 113-003/005
b) Variation in tensile strength per IRAM 113-005
c) Change in elongation at break per IRAM 113-004

Compression set:
After 24 hours at 100°C per IRAM 113-010-MET.B

Ozone resistance:
For a concentration of 1 ppm in air, with 20% strain for 100 hours at 38°C ±1°C per IRAM 113-025

Brittleness:
At -40°C per IRAM 113-013

Oil aging:
For 72 hours at 100°C per IRAM 113-012

Vulcanized bond requirements:
The minimum adhesion strength between rubber and steel shall be verified according to IRAM 113-017-A.

Steel plate requirements:
Corrosion: Steel plates shall be properly treated so that, when tested according to IRAM 121 for 36 hours in a salt spray chamber, no visible signs of oxidation are present.
Strength: The steel type shall correspond to quality SAE 1020 or F24.

Please include in your quotation a testing plan, detailing the type and number of tests to be carried out by a certified laboratory, in order to verify the established requirements.
