Changye Bearing Group Proceed with Equity Division Reformation

Feb.15, Changye Bearing Group Co.,Ltd convened the Equity Division Reformation Conference in Luoyang city. Major cadres of the company and other related departments attended the conference, including Mr.Wei shuxiao, director of Changye city's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; Mr.Zhang zuojian, chairman of Changye Bearing Group Co.,Ltd; Mr.Chang baoliang, chairman of Luoyang Bearing Group Co.,Ltd etc. The conference was presided by Mr.Zhang zuojian. On the conference, all attendants were informed of the three drafted Equity Division Reformation schemes and proposed their suggestions respectively. The major purpose of this conference is to collect all helpful opinions, so as to further revise the reformation scheme. Changye Bearing Group Co.,Ltd, founded in 1940s, mainly produce deep groove ball bearing, cylindrical roller bearing and tapered roller bearings whose diameter range from 10mm(ID) to 500mm(OD). Camshaft bearing is their featured product. "HI" is their registered brand.
