XAB Held 2006 1st Quarter Conclusion Meeting

April 10, XAB held the 1st quarter conclusion meeting. All management members attended this meeting. Mr. Gao shaobing, chairman and Mr. Mao sujia, president of XAB, gave speeches respectively in the course of this meeting. Mr. Mao said that three months have passed since the TSB-XAB buyout, at present the company have made great achievements based on all staffs' hard work. In addition, there also are substantial improvements in their operations. First, the operating target of 1st quarter have been fulfilled in advance, which laid a solid foundation for realizing the whole 2006 annual target; Second, efficient marketing strategy help the company seize more market shares both domestic and overseas, number of customers increased constantly. Third, management level have been increased, products quality further improved. Mr. Gao also discussed with all shareholders about the details of their equity division reform. But the content of this discussion was not published.
