Beiman Produce the 19 tons Three Throw Crank Shaft

Recently, Beiman Special Steel (subsidiary of Dongbei Special Steel Group) successfully manufactured the large three throw crank shaft. This shaft weighing 19 tons, was made by their hydraulic press. Successful production of this shaft is an unprecedented achievement in Dongbei Special Steel's forging history. Beiman Special Steel have the advanced hammer forging hydraulic press which was able to process large and irregular shaped forgings. So far, this hydraulic press has helped Beiman solving many tough questions, but there were no such experiences in processing a 19 tons weight three throw crank shaft. It is beyond the equipment capacity to process such an irregular and large crank shaft. However, nothing is impossible to Beiman. Through the common effort of Beiman technicals, they finnally worked out a special processing method to clear all the barriers. Not only did the production of this crank shaft fill a gap in Beiman's history, but also laid a solid foundation for their developing of irregular forging market in future.
