Changjiang Bearing Quality Control Achievements

In March, Chongqing Changjiang Bearing had launched their Zero Defect program, demanding the QC teams to improve existing quality control system. So far, the team had made lots of progresses in guaranteeing their products quality. QC team against bearing overheating has organized specific training courses for workers, teaching them how to control overheating in processing bearings. Due to that course, bearing defect rate linked to overheating were reduced from the previous 11 pieces per month to 2 pieces. The mis-packaging QC team employed rigorous Check Before Packaging rule, which means workers must carefully check whether there are unpackaged products of the last batch before they begin packaging the next batch. In additional, the anti-corrosion team also find measures to relief rust corrosion. Although, these problems may not seem as important as it really be, it is all this details that result in the high quality of CJB bearings. Mr. Tan hong, general manager of Changjiang Bearing, said that their Zero Defect program will continue, QC team are going to make more achievements.
