Fujian Longxi Bearing Group Stock Co.,Ltd has made lots of achievements in first half. After being recognised by China Laboratory Committee(CLC) for their testing lab earlier, two of their trial processes, the one for rated dynamic load capacity and service life of joint bearing and another for rated static load capacity of joint bearing, were approved by China Machinery Industrial Association(CMIA) as new industrial standard. It means that Longxi Bearing has become ahead their peers in facility strength and technological level for manufacturing joint bearings.
In recent years, Longxi Bearing has seized the opportunities provided by supportive state policies and their being listed on the stock market, investing RMB20 million to upgrade their technological center. Through introducing Product Data Management System(PDMS), employing CAD solution and developing their own comprehensive testing machine for joint bearing, they built the new testing and trial center equivalent to international level.
Besides, they also introduced 7 fully automatic CNC grinding machines, 3 processing units, 9 CNC lathes and 3 laser markers, putting Longxi Bearing the leader in aspect of facilities and having advantages in developing new products and realizing industrialization.
As informed that results from laboratories recognized by CLC are acceptable by government and endusers in over 40 countries and regions, such as American, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Australia etc. It means that Longxi Bearing could win more trust and support, become far more reliable, which placed full comparation for their overseas expansion and breaking foreign technical barriers.
Fujian Longxi Bearing Corporation was grown out of Fujian Longxi Bearing Factory, which was founded in 1958. It also holds three companies: Fujian Yongan Bearing Co., Ltd., Fujian Jinduo Auto Steering-Gear Co., Ltd. and Zhangzhou Jinchi Automobile Parts Co.,Ltd. The company's shares are listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. "LS" is their registered brand.
